Thomas (aka Tom Oz or Ozzer to friends and family) also moved out to Portugal in the back end of November 2005. He can be a bit difficult at times as he is a bit head strong and I guess moving to a new country at the age of 18/19 isn't ideal for everybody.

He has struggled during the winter months as there is only so much you can do when you live in a resort and don't have any transport to get around. But since the summer season has kicked in he seems to be loving it. Although Oz has an equal stake in the bar he is taking more of a silent partner role at the moment and just does the odd hour during the rush in the mornings to help out.

His average day goes something like this.

Wakes up around 6pm, Has a shower and something to eat and then makes his way round to work. He has a job fronting a bar on the main strip which he starts at 8pm. At midnight he finishes there and then walks round the corner to his next job, he fronts one of the nightclubs between midnight and 4.30am. Between 4.30am and 6am he'll have a few drinks with his mates or people he has met during the night before making his way round to our snack bar at 6am to help out with the morning rush. It's normally only the first hour in the bar that is hectic, so round about 7am Oz makes his way back home and gets his head down.
